Mary Wimmer is 200RYT and has been teaching yoga for the past five years.  She most recently trained with Peggy Hall, incorporating the Yoga for Surfers style into her classes. 

Mary is also a Feng Shui Practitioner, a Medical Intuitive, and a Reiki Master Teacher. She is the owner of Dragon-Phoenix Feng Shui. Mary is a former Director of the Phoenix Chapter of the International Feng Guild. She studies with Lisa Montgomery of Feng Shui Arizona, David Twicken, Kelly Larsen, and Vee Maisel.

Mary has a B.S. in Community Health Education and Sports Medicine.  She is a retired NATA Certified Athletic Trainer.  She attended Northern Arizona University for her post Baccalaureate Teaching certificate and University of Phoenix for her Master of Arts in Education Administration. 

She is employed by the Phoenix Union High School District and teaches Yoga, Health, and Physical Education at Alhambra High School. She also is the Varsity Track and Cross Country coach.  Mary is a USATF Level 1 Certified Coach of track and field and cross country.

Mary volunteers as a group fitness instructor teaching both Hatha Yoga and Cycling at the Christown YMCA.
